We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for 14 days with a receipt so long as the merchandise is in the original packaging with all tags secured - We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if merchandise is in unsatisfactory condition.

All sale products or purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for returns.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on holiday merchandise, hats, socks, slippers, hair accessories, teethers, dining sets, or pacifiers. We also do not accept returns on any stuffed toys with the exception of manufacturers defects.

Potomac River Kids does not cover return shipping costs but will happily cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges.
